Sink the Pink

We're probably not gonna be able to eat delicious moist smoked baked ham sandwiches for too much longer on account of it not being so great for ya.
So with that sad day in mind, I quickly made these with my leftover baked ham, provolone and smashed avocado on hearty Peasant bread.
Today, we celebrate the pig!
