Say it Loud, I'm Whack and I'm Proud



I thawed the rest of my pork chile verde stew and served it over Jasmine rice with fresh green onions. I made a quick boxed corn bread and added jalapeno and cheddar cheese. Delicious and not much leftover, which is another plus.


Being the mid-western uneducated backwoods woman that I am I realize writing this that I've always said 'unthawed' which is wrong. Each year I catch myself and have to correct something I've said all my life. A big one for me was 'how come' instead of how's come.

It ain't easy being green my friend.
