Nothing Can Take the Place of You

After much deliberation, sausage egg and cheese on a bagel is not as perfect as a cream cheese, onion and tomato.  One would assume more is more but some combinations cannot be improved upon.  The toasted purity of the bread combined with the cool tanginess of the cream cheese, coupled with the acidity of the tomato and crunch of the onion.  It's a classic for a reason.
