Yum Yum Tostadas
This tiny bell pepper hybrid has a sweet smokey taste. They are great sauteed with pork. Then fresh tomato green onion, cilantro and a squeeze of lime for pop.

Last month I took some days off because I felt a desperate need to have a break from my place of work and all the monotonous routine. The days off often didn't feel like enough and mornings were filled with dread. Then I had a break in my shoulder, which gave me 3 weeks of unplanned time off. Unfortunately, the time has been tainted with grey heaviness, like suffering a loss of an unknown source, instead of a fun time. Self pity is never becoming so I'll just say that time is a cruel lover. Even though I wake with that dark weight, I still believe lightness will find me.
