Don't It Make You Wanna Scream?

Crazy good chocolate cone from my landlord's ice cream shop.  It's bittersweet giving him more money.
The only positive food item to speak of this day was my Spicy Garlic Spinach.  I learned this from a Cuban restaurant, now closed.  
Screamin' Hot Garlic Spinach
Get a wok screaming hot, add two tablespoons of oil.  Quickly add a ton of thin sliced garlic and lots of red pepper flakes.  Cook for one minute, then add the spinach (2 bunches, well washed).  While keeping heat on high, toss the lot around like your life depends on it, for about 3-5 minutes.  Add a big squeeze of lime (lemon will work, but lime is better) and then salt to taste.  This would be awesome stirred in a garlic pasta.
