On this morning I wanted a breakfast that felt light and due to the heat, more refreshing. I made what I'm calling a scrambled egg salad. Scrambled eggs with hard salami, arugula, tomatoes, onions and marinated artichoke hearts. A little tangy, a little creamy. It works. Breakfast is always good!

Sunshine Almost Always Makes Me High
