Just Call Me Angel of the Morning


I'm calling these angel eggs because they were so fluffy and soft. Just scrambled with cheese and a bit of butter and sauteed sweet onions. Served them up with that leftover shaved asparagus salad, which was also a little heavenly with the mint and velvety avocado.
