Gonna Keep on Tryin' Til I Reach the Higher Ground
Fiesta eggs with arugula, tomatoes and white sharp cheddar. Now that I've learned not to season the eggs or put the toppings in while cooking, I've really discovered just how tasty and perfect eggs can be. Lightly scrambled eggs are so delicate and soft. Words like graceful, elegant and delightful come to mind. Really.
Like I've said before, going back to basics and relearning to cook the simple foods has helped me in so many ways.
