Love Child, Never Meant to Be

This was born out of my fascination with ground turkey meat and weakness for pasta. I was searching for a quick but easy dinner and ready to just give up and make a huge bowl of spaghetti with meat sauce. Almost a mistake I whipped up an interesting take on Greek pasta using orzo, ground turkey, feta cheese, kalamata olives, tomatoes, oregano, a little cinnamon, garlic and parsley.

Tastes completely different than your regular meat and pasta dish and its lighter, brighter flavors. A good spring alternative.
