Have You Never Been Mellow?

A quick slow stewed chicken with lots of cloves of garlic added to the broth while braising.

Just spooned a bit of the liquid over the chicken at serving. Good with warmed torts especially since I skipped the starch and just had the cool sliced granny smith apples and roasted cauliflower with tomatoes as the sides.

No big whoop but still, very very tasty!
