Season's Change and So Did I

Cravings change with the seasons.  Produce availability also steers ideas.  I found these large Cubanelle sweet peppers and decided to stuff them with ground turkey, onions and garlic, top with Mozzarella cheese and roast in a light tomato sauce.  Better than the sum of it's parts, this one.  Completely different than bell peppers in that they have a fiery yet gentle smokiness, hitting your tongue like a warm breeze.
