Anyway You Want It, That's the Way You Need It

This ready-made chili was another benefit of my new way of cooking, that is, not simply preparing dinner but large portions of one or two meals in order to eat throughout the week, to freeze and also for box lunches.  Tonight I served a big bowl of turkey chili and for myself, I made a nice girlie-pasta with zucchini, tomatoes, lemons, capers and olives with the extra ground turkey.  
Having choices all ready made and boxed up in the freezer or fridge, allows me to eat what I want, when I want.  It's cheaper than buying prepared foods at the market and I know what's in it.  I can make these meals whenever I have time, which makes this a convenient, better use of time.
