I make Polenta too much perhaps but I will say that it can be flavored up and paired with so many things. When I don't have a lot of vegetables, like on this night, its a great way to fill up. I roasted one chicken sausage, grape tomatoes and a sweet onion. Add a little cheese and you have a solid meal.
New York never stops but it does slow down between February and March and then seems to really perk back up around May. You get little signals that we're all back up and running full steam. Like this subway sentiment and these gorgeous flowers. And you start remembering why you love it so much.
