I can't take any credit for this. It's take out from National Thai. I just stand it awe of its beauty. Look at those colors! Nuur Kraprow. Sauteed sliced beef with peppers, cabbage, carrots and onions in a chili basil sauce. But the taste. There is some miracle they do with those kaffir leaves maybe and a smokey something that I have no idea what it is but love it. Anyone who's ever doubted the existence of God surely cannot look upon this plate and still hold any ounce of uncertainty.
