Bok Choy to the World!
Sometimes I want a perfectly clean stir fry with tight, crisp vegetables. No sauce. Only nature's bounty all bright and perky. Other times I'm in-between. Of course I want to eat healthy but hey, we're not saints. We play this psychological game with our conscience. We figure we could order take out Chinese with sweet and heavy sauces but the calorie count would be through the roof. If I make it at home we can get a little creative without being too heavy handed with oil or cornstarch. Just enough to give it a nice glossy sheen. But then see, we can eat much more.
