Roast Pork Loin

I made a nice mustard and garlic rubbed pork loin roast.  It was super moist and very tender, so it helped me to be much less leery of this cut.  At work sometimes they serve similar pork roast slices and even covered in sauce they are so dry and tasteless that I've shied away from ever attempting myself.  But honestly my biggest hurdle for learning how to cook meats is to read a stinking recipe.  Some things are so damned easily corrected.  The hardest issues for me often have obvious fixes come to think of it.


Earlier, this egg scramble featured sausage and pesto with a little Parmesan.  I nice robust little breakfast bowl.
