Shake and Bake Chicken

Chicken thighs baked with a flour and corn meal coating with lots of cayenne, paprika and spices is as equally delicious as fried. I have no idea what's under that broccoli rabe. 

Another mystery; I was running the steps for a few weeks in Fort Greene Park to take advantage of the weather and one day ran across these weird looking green cauliflower head things.  They were everywhere, on the grass, on the path, but I never saw them again.
