Mocking the Ollie's Noodle Shop Black Mushrooms and Bok Choy dish of yesteryore from the Virgin Days of wine and roses. I ate the hell out of that lunch special. I don't know how they made their glazed clear sauce that tasted of chicken and salty goodness but this was close enough for me. I savor each one of these juicy fungi.
