I made a wicked yummy fresh tomatillo sauce that I could drink out of a glass. But since I'm not eating chips, it became a sauce for eggs, and to serve over chicken, basically a salsa. But then one night I decided I loved the zesty tangy taste so much it might just work as a salad dressing. And it does!
Raw Tomatillo Sauce:
6-8 green tomatillos
3-4 garlic cloves
2 jalapeno peppers
1 med sweet onion
1 avocado
1 handful of cilantro
1/2 cup cold water
2 teaspoons salt
pepper to taste
Blend
