Saucy Burgers

I used to wallow in my own inadequacies with food failures but now, I find mistakes occasionally lead to new discoveries.  For example, we didn't have any butter, so I thought I'd drape some fresh raw tomatillo salsa over the my corn on the cob (season's first by the way!).  But I was afraid it was too dry so I spritzed a little garlic infused EVOO, lemon juice, and salt.  THAT ended up being like the perfect topper.  The salsa ended up being a great flavor enhancer for the 99% fat free ground turkey meat which can sometimes be a bit dry. Grated onion and salsa, along with oatmeal for stretching the meat, made a nice juiced up burger!
