I'm Burnin' Up, Burnin' Up For Your Love

What more can you say about chili other than it's so awesome every time?
Nothing really.  You can't really add much.  Everyone knows how to make it and everyone adds what they like.  You can make real beef cowboy chili without beans or you can make this type with ground meat and various beans and veggies.
I like my chili packed with goodies so I started my base with tons of onions, celery, carrots, red pepper, garlic and jalapeno peppers.  I've perfected the quick cook method by adding canned beans, this time pinto and black, canned fire roasted tomatoes, and beef stock to the seasoned meat.  After it comes to a boil I add a 1/4 cup corn meal for thickening and this time 3 heaping tablespoons of Chipotle peppers with sauce. I'm not a fan of adding anything sweet to chili but I would turn my head if you added a couple of squirts of good ketchup.
I like to blow out P's ass for sport so this 5 alarm Fiesta Chipotle Chili was cooled down by a dollop of Greek yogurt and some cold diced pickles and onions.

Just nod if you can hear me. Is there anyone at home?
