Popcorn is a nightly ritual. Air popped and normally just salted but I like to add some heat and zest. I did a homemade mix of chili powder, garlic, cumin, onion, salt, and a secret ingredient that gives it a really great tang kick at the end.
Loved it but it became kind of clumpy in the end, May need to add dried rice grains to keep separated.
Gonna try an herb blend next with lemon zest.
