Whole wheat banana walnut bread. Definitely an irresistible treat for me with the dark chocolate chips and the roasted nuts along with that ultra moist, better-than-cake like bread. There is something about the texture of it. Whether it's toasted with butter and has that little crisp edge that makes me so happy or cold out of the fridge and you crunch into the nuts with that cool sweet soft bread...
....Either way I love it. I make this one dessert for me I think. Most others I make just to see it, more of an experiment since you never know if you'll get lucky with baking. But how many things in life actually make you instantly happy? This one's a no brainer.
