Biggie Brunch
Two fried eggs, boneless pork steak and onions and roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon. Do you ever awake ravenous? Some folks bypass breakfast until lunch and then they have their big meal. Some eat a small breakfast and then a large supper. Still others snack all day or eat three balanced meals always. I relate to all of these eaters and will occasionally, like on this day, go big on a late breakfast, or brunch if you will.
Whatever your bag is, if you're extra hungry, throw a couple of poached or fried eggs on the plate along with your meal any time of day and open yourself up to a world of pure pleasure.
