Mock Shake and Bake Chicken

Do I make chicken too often?  Let's see, my prior post was a quickie on my overuse of chicken.  Now here we are looking at yet another poultry dish, mind you, all the while I'm actually eating chicken with sun-dried tomatoes in a cream sauce as we speak that I will post in the months to come!  Um, I have no further questions your honor. Case closed.
