If you weren't sure if shrimp and scrambled eggs would be nice together, I'm here to tell you that tiny peppers, onions and shrimp on the hot grill pan over a lightly toasted and cheesed-up tortilla is a deeelicious deeee-light! You get the sweet smokiness from the peppers and the egg and tortillas are besties made in heaven regardless of what gets paired with them.  This is a keeper.
