I Have Found My Treasure In Your Soul

Bok Choy is so juicy that if you saute it with garlic and then use a small amount of water to steam it, then add a little soy, chili and sesame oil you get a broth for your rice and mushrooms.  I could eat this all day long.  I often wake up with a need for this vegetable, not sure if that is for it's minerals or vitamins.
