I forgot to take a picture of the final salad bowl but I was especially pleased with the corn avocado red onion salad bursting with fresh squeezed lime juice. I blended it last minute with the warm seasoned chicken breast tenders, jalapeno, onion and cannellini beans.
This was like the dull but smart, quiet nerd dating the fun loud extrovert. It was an amazing hook up for one night.
