Normally I wouldn't think to make a Turkey Chorizo Cheeseburger patty but these are uncertain times we're living in. I put all my creative eggs in these two salads, which were excellent pairings by the way for a semi-light dinner. White Cannellini beans with Zucchini and Red Pepper. Then a cool cucumber, tomato, onion and black olive salad with oregano, vinegar and olive oil.
It wasn't the most creative use of the Turkey Chorizo but when you thaw meat, you have to use it whether you're ready to or now.
