Sheet Pan Chicken Dinner |
Cabbage wedges and potatoes with chicken takes on a new form when you season well and roast together with just a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar. You could do a sauce but I don't think it's necessary, at least with dark meat. Fresh herbs are good though. Somehow the rustic, roasted flavor tie together simply by the process itself. The best thing about sheet pan dinners is the starch is already at the job site as is the meat and vegetable, so badda bing badda bam badda boom!, you have dinner! But not just any dinner, roasting is always special.
