I'm a Creep, I'm a Weirdo

Yes, there is is a slice of lean beef on this plate with cheese on top.  But focus now on the pile of gorgeous boy choy to your left.  I can only gush about bok choy so much without it getting creepy so I'll just say allowed to saute and steam in the seasoned meat juices, garlic and a little soy brings these babies to another level. The baby choi you can leave whole but it's easier to eat if you chop them up, unlike I did here.  I get some strange sensation by picking them up and and eating like a giant squid.
