I'm Learning to Fly Around the Clouds

Sheet Pan Dinner
By now you're either regularly eating or at least have on your radar these amazingly simple sheet pan dinners.  Honestly, they are the future.  We're all evolving as cooks, as non wasters of food.  We value our time but don't want to skimp on flavor.  If Rachel Ray taught us anything its that dinner ain't rocket science. Instead of recipes I feel like most of what I'm learning these last years is more about principals.  You want to make soup?  You don't learn how to make a particular one, you understand what makes it soup which is basically a stock or liquid.  From there the possibilities are endless.  You want a sheet pan dinner?  You use what you have and make it go together somehow. Realize that anything you place on that pan is going to turn to magic. Maybe you tie it in with heat and spice.  Like my Curried chick peas, cauliflower, jalapeno and chicken sausage.  It took 5 minutes to get it on that pan and seasoned.

Just nod if you can hear me. Is there anyone at home?
