This is a Breadless Crazy Casserole. Admittedly an odd creation. I was high on some recent successful casserole creations. Actually, this was super tasty and did work, I just can't get around the concept.
Lots of fresh vegetables diced and mixed with eggs and cheese and baked inside of a....
...a meat crust. Yeah, I said it. A meat crust. Ground turkey, oatmeal, flax seed, egg and lot of seasoning. Pressed out like dough and pre-baked before being filled to get a nice crispy crust.
