Psychedelic Chicken Shack, That's Where It's At

I'm calling this Antipasto Chicken.  Braised chicken with green olives, artichoke hearts, red peppers, pepperoncini peppers and white beans. A little chicken stock with lemon.  The pickled flavors penetrate the beans and brighten the sauce.
Sometimes you don't believe there could be another different way to prepare chicken.  But then you consider;  If no snowflake is the same (and btw, how the heck could they know that)?  then there has GOT to be at least 100,000 ways to cook a chicken.
