This quick meal is done in 30 minutes. You take boxed chicken stock and bring it to a boil. Drop in your newly formed tiny balls before adding your favorite chopped green, canned Cannellini beans, and chopped tomato.
this is a blog about the food in my life. what I eat, what I wanna eat, what I make, what I bake, what I wanna make and bake, ideas and recipes. it's also my thoughts on food or stories behind the meals. The lyric references are from my lifelong love of classic rock and funk and from working a hunnerd years in music retail.

Until You Use Me Up
One could argue that beef and pork make the best meatballs but for a quick pantry soup my money is on ground chicken for a light, fluffy, floating orb. You can add any flavors to it, and more importantly fillers. Oatmeal, flax seed, mustard, garlic, herbs you name it. A small piece of leftover carrot is put to great use. In fact, get in that vegetable drawer girl and don't waste those last two green onions, that solo jalapeno. This is what it's been waiting for!

Just nod if you can hear me. Is there anyone at home?
