Desperate for Humpday fun, local Brooklyn gal makes a silly fuss on a plate and calls it Salad Bar dinner. I made the basic salad with shredded lettuce, carrots, red onions, tomatoes, cucumbers with a garlic lemon vinaigrette. Then you could add crumbled bacon, eggs, avocado, cheese & salami to your liking. Yep. It was a paleo party. I'm a real wild child.
