Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breasts

Do you ever find yourself needing to use up half a package of bacon but it's not time for breakfast? First I wrapped these chicken breasts to include in lunch box meals. Then I chopped the rest of the bacon into ground turkey for delicious burger patties (also basted in jerk sauce). Almost more flavor than you can handle at once but a welcome treat if you're looking for a kick. A baked sweet potato and a cabbage mushroom stir fry also took in some bacon drippings.
Meals like this can only come from circumstance. That's what makes them even better, because you couldn't plan it.
