Give Back the Key to My Heart

What?! Cabbage chowder!
I fried up the super tasty Andouille sausage separately for P to add in because nitrates trigger my migraines.  I used Nitrate free Spicy Mango Sausage in my soup which by the way is actually hot and super tasty.  Dill is the bright note in this soup.  Cabbage chowder minus the cream, just a nice stealthy clear vegetable broth.
Its often unclear what to do when a couple of people have differences so strongly that it pulls them apart.  Time, even though I barely believe it exists, is capable of helping, but I don't know if it's the healer its made out to be.  Maybe it allows the dust to settle, that got kicked up strong when the problem struck and made everything murky and confusing.  You can't see clearly when you've been wronged or lied to.  I don't know if it's time passing or that it takes that long to process all the information for your brain to begin making conclusions.  Eventually I begin to understand what actually happened.  When in the murky state, insecurities speak, ego speaks, the mind speaks.  After those thoughts are considered, then something else gets a word and that might be spirit, your heart.  That seems to be the element that holds the most weight.
Very select individuals and for various unknown reasons, are able to hold the key to your heart.  In their possession, it feels impossible to gain any ground.

Just nod if you can hear me. Is there anyone at home?
