Roasted Spaghetti Squash with Sauce

Butternut Squash and Spaghetti Sauce

 A sweet surprise when I mistakenly bought butternut squash thinking I picked up spaghetti squash.  Not one to waste food, I roasted it anyways and served it alongside some nice homemade spaghetti sauce with mushrooms and roasted garlic, lots of fresh oregano.   Went really great together and the colors made me feel all happy inside.
