Here Comes That Rainy Day Feeling Again

I love to check out other people's shopping carts at the grocery store. What they buy says a lot about them. My neighbors aren't the healthiest group I've learned and they like the convenience of frozen foods. I had to ask. Why would someone buy 20 pot pies at once? Because they were on sale for some ridiculous price no doubt.

So I picked up two and saved them for a rainy day. I served them over smashed potatoes dressed with a little feta cheese and sour cream. I could see this being real easy to rely on convenience food. The way that molten thick chickeny gravy spreads its way through that mound of creamy potatoes. Girrrrl!
