I'm a month behind on food posts so I'll just say that this was a super cheap piece of London Broil that I marinated and quick pan fried. I topped with a generous spoonful of my tart tomatillo salsa. I cooked the rice in a mix of tomatillo sauce and chicken stock and threw in a can of pinto beans for a nice little stewed side. Nothing wrong with that!
