Stuck in the Middle with You

It's the middle of the week, middle of winter, middle of my life but the end of our groceries.  So tonight I made P a quick wok stir fry medley of leftover steak bites, red bell peppers, onions and cherry tomatoes.  I wasn't hungry until I finished, so colorful and tasty!  There is nothing better than getting just the right cook on the vegetables in a stir fry. That moment when all their flavor is locked in with the smoky char.  They just begin to get limp yet have a good amount of crunch to them.  I think I could eat a whole plate of onions this way.
