This is another super easy dump casserole as I've come to call them. No time to dinkle with pots and pans, or a bunch of specifics? Got better things to do than stir a pot or chop a vat of greens? Too lazy and cheap to do take out but also don't want to be bothered with a huge mess? This is your answer. One pan. A heated heavy casserole, oil, onions, garlic, then immediately chicken face down to brown 7 minutes, turn and wait another 5 before dumping in whatever. In this case, brown rice, chick peas, potatoes and chicken stock, cumin & curry powder. Cover and about 45 minutes later it's all good man!
