Lettuce taco Fiesta bowls! Just scooped out halved iceberg lettuce dressed in lemon and s&p, then filled and partied up with your own taco fixings. Today I had canned pinto beans, spiced ground turkey, avocado salsa and lots of my dad's fresh hot sauce.
