Had the day off together so we took a walk around the neighborhood and up to Bed-Sty. It was nice cloudy day showing great signs of spring. Before leaving I poached an egg over one slice of toasted pizza. I can't say enough about this leftover breakfast hack. There is nothing as satisfying as a creamy egg yolk flowing down over a piece of toasted cheesy crust. It's a must I'm telling you.
