Just like sometimes spring is a dud fire-cracker, as in the blooms don't come when they should, breakfast can also be just so-so. Some days you just 'don't got it'. Everything is off skew. I wanted light and refreshing. I got, Scrambled eggs with broccoli, salsa and artichoke hearts. Not heavy or bad tasting but nothing made sense and it wasn't my best work.
