And I've Been Working Like a Dog


What do you do with leftover rye bread?  Swiss Pizza on Rye!  Call it Pizza Toast, add more appropriate toppings but please call it to dinner because these are pretty awesome handheld little gems.  Such an easy quick idea for after work.  I used jarred spaghetti sauce, sliced mushrooms, onions, turkey pepperoni and grated Swiss cheese.  Admittedly, this is dinner done half-assed from a dog tired gal who is lost in life with no clue which direction to move next.  But taste wise, they were excellent.   A green side salad or vegetable is suggested.
